Meaning of Only in the darkness can you see the stars. Quote by Martin Luther King Jr..
What is the meaning of “Only in the darkness can you see the stars.“
Only when we are at our lowest can we see the best from ourselves and those around us. A man at his lowest is a man in desperation and those desperations drives him to find a way out of his misery. Man finds his best of inspirations and the drive to do the things he wants to do when he is at his lowest because when he is at his lowest, he also does not have a lot to lose. You also discover the best from those around you. When you lose everything and ask those around you for help you get to know who your true friends are and the ones who were just there for namesake. You know the ones that help you in your toughest times are those that really care about you. When you are at your lowest you also discover your true limits and you also do things that you thought were never possible by yourself. It brings that side of you that never comes out, the side of you that nothing else can bring out of you. You also learn to appreciate the smaller things in life and understand the things that are truly important and learn to appreciate life better. It teaches you humility and a respect for life.
