Be who you are and say what you feel
Meaning of Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind Quote by Bernard M. Baruch.
What is the meaning of “Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter, and those who matter don’t mind.”
No one can say for sure who gave the quote but whatever it suggests is very true. You should be the way you are, don’t pretend to be someone else. Say whatever you feel and no need to think about what others will think. Not everyone is important to you and so everyone’s opinion must matter to you. You must not let their judgement about you influence you. They will scrutinise you for a few days and will move on to judge someone else.
Those who love you and matter to you will not judge you on what you do or what you say. It is because they know you inside out and love you for what you are. They don’t consider you bad because of one mistake you made, or consider you good because of one good deed that you did.
